Each role covers a critical function. Together, these five people make SalesVridhi a complete, operational business.
You'll handle every inbound lead from our website, Quora, LinkedIn, and referrals. Your job is to qualify manufacturers, understand their distribution problem, conduct discovery calls, and present the right service tier. The founder closes with you — but qualification, follow-up, and pipeline hygiene are yours entirely. This is a high-activity role. You'll speak to 10–20 founders every week. If you're genuinely curious about how Indian businesses work and can hold a business conversation confidently, this is the most important hire we're making.
This is a field-heavy role. You'll spend 3–4 days a week in wholesale markets across Delhi NCR — Azadpur, Khari Baoli, Ghazipur, Okhla, Nehru Place. You're mapping distributors by category, making cold approaches, attending meetings with the founder, and building the distributor database that is SalesVridhi's core proprietary asset. You do not sit in an office and call distributors. You go and meet them. If the market excites you — the chaos of a wholesale mandi, the negotiation, the human side of B2B trade — this role will teach you more in 12 months than 3 years in a corporate sales job.
SalesVridhi's market intelligence service gives MSME clients monthly reports on competitor pricing, distributor activity, demand signals, and expansion opportunities. You research, compile, and structure this information. You'll use a mix of online research, direct calls to trade contacts, data from field visits, and publicly available sources (APEDA, FSSAI, GST portals, trade associations). You'll also build and maintain the internal distributor and market database that feeds the AI platform in Phase 2. This is not a creative role — it is a rigorous, detail-oriented research role. If you're naturally analytical, organised, and genuinely curious about how markets work, you'll thrive here.
Once a manufacturer signs with SalesVridhi, they are your responsibility. You own the relationship — weekly WhatsApp updates, monthly KPI report preparation, coordinating between the founder, the field executive, and the research analyst to make sure client deliverables happen on time. You're the person who notices when a client is going cold before it becomes a cancellation. You prepare the monthly reports, schedule the review calls, and flag issues early. Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi and English is essential. If you're naturally organised, good with people, and take genuine pride in follow-through, this role is for you.
SalesVridhi has 56 published articles on MSME distribution, sales strategy, and market intelligence. You'll manage this content engine — updating existing posts for SEO, publishing new ones, repurposing articles into LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousels, and short-form video scripts. You'll manage our Quora presence (where MSME founders ask real questions), schedule social content across LinkedIn and Instagram, and track what's generating traffic and leads. This is not a graphic design role. It is a thinking and writing role. You need to understand the MSME audience — what problems they have, what language they use, what they're searching for. If you can write clearly about business topics and understand SEO basics, we can teach you the rest.
