Client Acquisition
Business Development Executive
📍 Gurgaon (Hybrid) 💰 ₹12,000–18,000 Stipend + Commission ⏱ Full-time 🎓 Freshers Welcome
You own the pipeline. Every MSME manufacturer that becomes a SalesVridhi client starts with you.

You'll handle every inbound lead from our website, Quora, LinkedIn, and referrals. Your job is to qualify manufacturers, understand their distribution problem, conduct discovery calls, and present the right service tier. The founder closes with you — but qualification, follow-up, and pipeline hygiene are yours entirely. This is a high-activity role. You'll speak to 10–20 founders every week. If you're genuinely curious about how Indian businesses work and can hold a business conversation confidently, this is the most important hire we're making.

You will own
  • All inbound lead qualification and follow-up
  • Discovery call preparation and execution
  • CRM hygiene — every lead tracked, every follow-up logged
  • Proposal coordination with the founder
  • Pipeline reporting — weekly conversion metrics
  • Quora and LinkedIn outreach for lead generation
Commission: ₹2,000–5,000 per client signed, depending on tier

Service Delivery — Distribution
Field Sales & Distributor Development Executive
📍 Gurgaon / Delhi NCR (Field) 💰 ₹12,000–16,000 Stipend + Per-Distributor Incentive ⏱ Full-time 🎓 Freshers Welcome
You are the legs of the business. Every distributor SalesVridhi onboards for a client — you found them, met them, and brought them in.

This is a field-heavy role. You'll spend 3–4 days a week in wholesale markets across Delhi NCR — Azadpur, Khari Baoli, Ghazipur, Okhla, Nehru Place. You're mapping distributors by category, making cold approaches, attending meetings with the founder, and building the distributor database that is SalesVridhi's core proprietary asset. You do not sit in an office and call distributors. You go and meet them. If the market excites you — the chaos of a wholesale mandi, the negotiation, the human side of B2B trade — this role will teach you more in 12 months than 3 years in a corporate sales job.

You will own
  • Distributor identification across Delhi NCR by category
  • Cold visits and first-contact conversations with distributors
  • Building and maintaining the distributor database
  • On-ground meetings with founder and client
  • Weekly market visit reports — what you saw, heard, and found
  • Relationship management with onboarded distributors
Incentive: ₹500–1,500 per distributor successfully onboarded for a client

Service Delivery — Intelligence
Market Research & Intelligence Analyst

You are the intelligence layer. Every market intelligence report we deliver to a client, every city expansion recommendation, every pricing insight — runs through you.

SalesVridhi's market intelligence service gives MSME clients monthly reports on competitor pricing, distributor activity, demand signals, and expansion opportunities. You research, compile, and structure this information. You'll use a mix of online research, direct calls to trade contacts, data from field visits, and publicly available sources (APEDA, FSSAI, GST portals, trade associations). You'll also build and maintain the internal distributor and market database that feeds the AI platform in Phase 2. This is not a creative role — it is a rigorous, detail-oriented research role. If you're naturally analytical, organised, and genuinely curious about how markets work, you'll thrive here.

You will own
  • Monthly market intelligence reports for each active client
  • Competitor pricing and product benchmarking by category
  • Distributor database — maintaining and expanding records
  • City-level demand research for client expansion decisions
  • Trade fair and industry event tracking
  • Government scheme monitoring (PMFME, ODOP, PLI, GeM)
Growth path: As the platform builds, this role becomes the data foundation of the AI engine

Client Servicing
Client Servicing & Operations Executive

You keep clients. Every client that renews their SalesVridhi engagement does so because of the experience you delivered.

Once a manufacturer signs with SalesVridhi, they are your responsibility. You own the relationship — weekly WhatsApp updates, monthly KPI report preparation, coordinating between the founder, the field executive, and the research analyst to make sure client deliverables happen on time. You're the person who notices when a client is going cold before it becomes a cancellation. You prepare the monthly reports, schedule the review calls, and flag issues early. Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi and English is essential. If you're naturally organised, good with people, and take genuine pride in follow-through, this role is for you.

  • Weekly client communication and WhatsApp updates
  • Monthly KPI report preparation and delivery
  • Coordinating deliverables across the internal team
  • Client review call scheduling and follow-up
  • Renewal tracking — flag risks 30 days before contract end
  • Onboarding new clients — first call, document collection, setup

Marketing & Content
Content, SEO & Social Media Executive

You build the brand. Every lead that finds SalesVridhi without a paid ad — that's your work compounding.

SalesVridhi has 56 published articles on MSME distribution, sales strategy, and market intelligence. You'll manage this content engine — updating existing posts for SEO, publishing new ones, repurposing articles into LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousels, and short-form video scripts. You'll manage our Quora presence (where MSME founders ask real questions), schedule social content across LinkedIn and Instagram, and track what's generating traffic and leads. This is not a graphic design role. It is a thinking and writing role. You need to understand the MSME audience — what problems they have, what language they use, what they're searching for. If you can write clearly about business topics and understand SEO basics, we can teach you the rest.

You will own
  • Weekly blog and SEO content publishing schedule
  • LinkedIn — posts, articles, founder profile content
  • Instagram and Facebook — educational content calendar
  • Quora — answering MSME distribution and sales questions
  • YouTube — scripting and publishing short-form videos
  • Monthly content performance report — traffic, rankings, leads

Start Within 2 Weeks

If we're both in, we move fast. No months-long process. You'll be onboarded and doing real work within two weeks of the call. There is no probation theatre — if we hire you, we trust you from day one.
