The process starts with a real conversation โ not a sales pitch. We want to understand your business: what you manufacture, who your current buyers are, what gaps are hurting you most, and what a win looks like for you in 90 days.
After the call, we build a proposal specific to your business. Not a template with your name swapped in โ an actual plan that addresses the specific gaps we identified, with a recommended tier, timeline, and expected outcomes written out clearly.
Once you review and accept the proposal, we send a simple service agreement. The agreement covers services, retainer, commission rate, reporting cadence, and the cancellation policy. No complex legal language.
By Day 7, your commercial engine is live. Buyer outreach has begun. Content is being published. Listings are being set up. Ad campaigns (if included) are in build phase. You will feel the difference in the first week.
At the end of every month, you receive a full performance report covering all active services โ buyer outreach pipeline, social media metrics, ad spend and returns, listing performance, and any commissionable orders generated.
At the end of Month 3 (the minimum engagement period), we conduct a full strategy review. This is when we look at what the data shows, what results have been generated, and what the right next step is for your business.
We offer two options for first-time clients who want to reduce their risk. Ask about either on your discovery call.
Pay your Month 1 retainer. If our team does not generate a single confirmed buyer order in 30 days, your full retainer is refunded. No questions, no conditions, no complications.
We work for 14 days at no charge. If a confirmed buyer order is generated in those 14 days, you sign a 3-month agreement. If not, you owe nothing and walk away. This option is discussed case-by-case.
