After the call, we build a proposal specific to your business. Not a template with your name swapped in โ€” an actual plan that addresses the specific gaps we identified, with a recommended tier, timeline, and expected outcomes written out clearly.

The proposal includes: recommended plan tier, services included, expected Month 1โ€“3 milestones, commission rate, and total monthly cost. Everything on paper before you commit to anything.

Agreement Signed โ€” Work Begins in 48 Hours

Once you review and accept the proposal, we send a simple service agreement. The agreement covers services, retainer, commission rate, reporting cadence, and the cancellation policy. No complex legal language.

After signing, work begins within 48 hours. We start the onboarding process immediately โ€” collecting your product details, branding assets, target buyer profiles, and access credentials needed to begin execution.

Execution Begins โ€” Day 7

Monthly Review โ€” Last Week of Every Month

At the end of every month, you receive a full performance report covering all active services โ€” buyer outreach pipeline, social media metrics, ad spend and returns, listing performance, and any commissionable orders generated.

The report is followed by a 30-minute review call. We discuss what's working, what's underperforming, and what we are adjusting for the next month. No surprises. No hidden numbers. Complete transparency every 30 days.

Growth Review at Month 3 โ€” Renew, Expand, or Exit

At the end of Month 3 (the minimum engagement period), we conduct a full strategy review. This is when we look at what the data shows, what results have been generated, and what the right next step is for your business.

Options at Month 3: renew at same tier, upgrade to next tier, add specific service pillars, or exit with 30 days' notice. There is no pressure and no lock-in beyond the initial 3-month period. We keep clients by delivering results โ€” not by making it hard to leave.
